I ordered a bouquet of flower and a box of chocolate to be sent to wan on his birthday while he was in his office in Seremban. (It was not actually on his birthday. It was on the 3rd of January not the 2nd since we took leave on his birthday).

There are pros and cons when ordering with onlylove.
Pros:
1. Order form to be filled by customer is simple and user friendly.
2. Payment via online is also simple.
3. If u called them to ask about the status of your flower delivery, they'll answer you politely.
4. Delivery cost is low but reasonable (compared to other florists).
5. Delivery area is wide (compared to other florists).
6. The price for the flower is also reasonable (compared to other florists).
Con:
1. The delivery was made late in the evening!
2. The prices of add ons are a bit high and some are absurd.
Wan received his flowers around 4pm. When i placed my order, i asked them what time will they make the delivery. They informed me around 9 to 11 am. So, i thought that was oke. You see, receiving a bouquet of flower early on your bithday morning is refreshing and that will have affected your whole day's mood. But receiving it late in the evening, around 4 when u leave office for home around 5pm..what's the point?? defeat the purpose, don't you think?
although there are 6 pros and only 2 cons, i have to say that the service frustrated me big time. All 6 pros do not mean anything anymore when delivery was made dead late! they may as well send them tomorrow! huh
So, i strongly do not recommend this florist to you unless they can vow that they'll send it earlier next time!
All in all, that day turned out to be great due to wan's reaction when receiving his flower. Heheh.. but no thanks to u onlylove!
p/s wan was shocked and happy to receive his. I did put a smile on this face that evening.!
